Fuegos First Bites is a plant-based appetizer experience designed as a tasting-style introduction to the full Fuegos dinner. Each event features five elevated bites crafted with fire-inspired techniques, Caribbean and Brazilian influences, and Michelin-level presentation. Ideal for farms, private properties, retreats, and gatherings of 12–20 guests.

Every menu is crafted from scratch, guided by seasonality and locally sourced ingredients.

Join us for a ticketed Fuegos First Bites experience at select partner farms and venues. This version is designed for community gatherings, retreats, celebrations, and open-air events.
