The one-of-a-kind Fuegos Beach experience began with a refreshing mango-guava popsicle amuse-bouche, followed by appetizers of smoked cheese paired with tostones and malanga fritters. The highlight was the chef’s arroz con gandules, beautifully cooked inside bamboo over an open fire. Truly exceptional—10/10!

Based on research conducted on the Blue Zones, geographical areas/ communities with the highest concentrations of centenarians, there is overwhelming evidence to suggest that not only is good nutrition an integral pillar of health, but also the people with whom the experience is shared are as much part of that nutrition as the food.
In these Blue Zones, it was observed that social networks were vital to the overall joy experienced by the individuals of these communities.
